You all know we designers have to do lots of thing in the design process. If the clients give us the brief we would start to idea generation and conceptual sketches but there is another point we all have to pay attention that is persuasive sketch. Nowadays most students try to do it by computer aids which actually takes lots of times. I always think drawing by hand is faster than every computer, plus you do think when you draw. It is one of the ability every designer should have. But students and many professional designers prefer realistic rendering to impress their clients and actually it is just time wasting. A nice illustration even would be better than computer renders and when the client like the product the designer can model it with computer aid which can be more fast to design every concept.
